With 15 years’ experience working in schools as a Teacher, Head of Department and Senior Leader at board level, Alice Speers has a deep knowledge and understanding of the education sector and the qualities needed to lead in a school setting. She has worked on the recruitment of Heads for HMC and IAPS schools as well as Junior School Heads, Deputy Heads plus Marketing, Admissions and Development directors.

 

Her motivation lies in taking on the demand of a recruitment process for her clients: busy Heads, Chairs and Bursars who need a trusted partner to manage the process, represent their school and brand and find them a strong field of appointable candidates.
